In a letter sent to U.S. Agriculture Secretary Perdue, SNA outlined proactive measures to maintain student access to healthy meals in the event of widespread coronavirus-related school closures.

Next week, SNA will kick off a two-day exhibit of foods, beverages, equipment and tools for school cafeterias. The event is part of SNA’s 73rd Annual National Conference (ANC) in St. Louis.
